- Return Policy
All our products are strictly inspected and tested before selling, but to ensure you have a worry-free shopping experience with SINOCMP, we’ve made great efforts to offer easy return and exchange service.
In case there is any problem with our products, please keep pictures or videos first and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will actively help with that immediately we received your request.
The following is detailed information about our return policy:
(1) Time Limit for Returns
For New Products:
Please contact our customer service and make a request within 30 calendar days since you received the products. After your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
For Used Products:
Please keep pictures or videos first and tell us the problem with your products. We will help to tackle the machine failure or arrange to replace or exchange the product if it is within the warranty period.
(2) Acceptance of Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:
- Any return or exchange request needs to be made within the time limit or the warranty period;
- To start a return, you need to contact us first. Any returns made without consent will not be accepted;
- The newly bought item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging;
- You keep the order number and receipt or proof of purchase.
(3) Return & Exchange Procedures
Step 1: Email us your problems and requests at email@example.com, we will confirm the solution with you;
Step 2: Send back the item and provide a picture of what you shipped and also the tracking number;
Step 3: Provide us with your detailed contact information needed for shipping (name, phone number, detailed address, ZIP code);
Step 4: After the item is received and examined qualified for return or exchange, we will issue the refund or ship a new one to you free of charge as per our relevant policies.

(5) Return Cost
The return cost, including freight charge and restocking fees (10% of the order value), shall be borne by us if the return is resulted from quality issues, misshipment or other our fault. The following are details:
- You received a damaged or defective item;
- We shipped out a wrong item;
- We shipped the order to a wrong address;
- We shipped a duplicate order;
- The item malfunctioned during the 30-day returns period (Provided the customer assembled the item properly as instructed);
The return cost, including freight charge and restocking fees (10% of the order value), shall be borne by the customer in the following circumstances:
- The customer “bought it wrong”or “doesn’t need it anymore”;
- The customer accidentally bought too many;
- The customer accidentally provided a wrong shipping address;
- The customer canceled the order after the item has already been shipped out, even if he/she has not yet received the item;
- Buyer’s remorse, such as “not satisfied with performance”, “item doesn’t fit me correctly”, “item doesn’t meet my expectations”, “I tried it, but I want something else”, etc.
- Other circumstances due to the customer’s own reasons.
- For items that arrive damaged or are defective, YOU MUST provide videos/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. Otherwise, your return will be deemed as “buyer’s remorse” and you’re solely responsible for shipping it back and restocking;
- Once we have received the approved returned item, we will review its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a refund;
- If the return request for a damaged/defective item can be fixed with simple parts and support, we can provide the option of free replacement part(s) and advice on how to repair your item.
You can always trust our strict quality control and professional technical support team. But in case you do encounter quality issues during the warranty period, we will try our best to help you repair or replace.
Generally customers can enjoy our warranty service of 3 to12 months, but please understand that our warranty policy only covers aftermarket parts, not including genuine new, genuine refurbished or genuine secondhand products.

- Refund Policy
(1) Requirements for Refund
We will timely process your refund if your request meets the following conditions:
- You canceled the order before shipment, and the refund will be made in full within 2 business days;
- Your return is eligible, and the refund will be made in full within 2 business days after we received your package and examined qualified for refund.
(2) Time and Methods of Refund
