  1. What information do we collect from you?

In order to better provide you with our many services, we collect two types of information about users: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information. The primary purpose of collecting information is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, customized experience when using our website.

Personally Identifiable Information: This is information that lets us know who you are. When you perform certain activities on the Site, such as registering as a member, ordering products or services, submitting content and/or posting content in discussion forums or other public areas, entering contests or lucky draws, completing surveys, or sending us feedback, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by completing and submitting an online form. These activities are completely voluntary and you can choose whether or not to participate. However, if you choose to participate in these activities, we may ask you to provide personal information, such as your name, address (including zip code), email address, employer, position and department, telephone and fax numbers, and other personally identifiable information. When ordering products or services on the Site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number. Depending on the activity, the information we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data required for a particular activity, you will not be able to participate in that activity.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that does not individually identify an individual. We collect certain information about you in a variety of ways, compiling and analyzing it based on where you visit on our website. This information is compiled and analyzed in an individual and aggregated manner. This information may include the website you recently visited with a Uniform Resource Locator ("URL"), the URL you visit next, the browser you use, and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address. A URL is a global address for documents and other resources worldwide on the World Wide Web. An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol ("TCP/IP") network, such as the World Wide Web. Networks like the Web use the TCP/IP protocol to route information based on the destination IP address. In other words, an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer as you browse the web, allowing web servers to locate and identify your computer. Computers need IP addresses in order for users to communicate on the Internet.
