  • How long does it take to my country?

    If it is sent from warehouse USA or other local warehouse, it will be sent within 1~2 working days and another 1~3 days to arrive.

    If the product is sent from warehouse shenzhen, china, it will be usually  sent within 2-3 working days and another 4-6 days to arrive in North America and Southeast Asia, 6-8 days to arrive in other regions. 

    If there is special situation for the products, we will inform you when you make orders.

  • Do you have the parts in stock?

    If the product list indicated "sold out", you need to confirm to our service support by online chat or email: service@sinocmp.com, to check if they are in stock;

    If the product list does not indicate "sold out", they are in stock.

  • What is your package?

    We usually send with neutral packing. Small pieces use carton, large pieces may use wooden boxes.

  • Can I arrange pick up by myself?

  • Is it possible to make the invoice lower?

    We usually send by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc. express. We will choose according to the current cost-effectiveness and timeliness. Special requirement, please contact our sales.

Warranty

  • Do you have warranty for the parts?

    • Yes. We offer 6 months warranty for most of our products and 3 months warranty for some products. The warranty period is shown on the product pages.

  • What is the warranty term?

    If there is problem due to the product itself instead of man-made, we will provide repair and replacement services.

Customs Clearance and taxes

  • Is it possible to make the invoice lower?

    Yes usually we could do as your requirement to declare the amount.

  • Does the price include tariffs?

    The parts sent from China does not include the tariff. Price of parts sent from overseas warehouse (USA) include tariffs.

  • I haven’t purchased parts from other countries before. What should I do?

    After you order on our store, we will arrange the door-to-door delivery. The courier company will keep in touch with you and assist you in customs clearance if the products are from warehouse in shenzhen, china. You only need to complete the duty payment according to the instructions and could get the package.

  •  What is the brand for the parts?

    Most of our products are aftermarket parts with SINOCMP brand. Some products are original if there is no Aftermarket parts. Our product pages will indicated what kind of parts they are. 

  • Can I buy the parts according to the picture? 

    Please noted it is not accurate to confirm a parts just according to the picture. Usually a machine model, part number and picture will help a lot to avoid mistake.

    Our online sales accepted Credit Card, Visa, PayPal as well as other payment methonds supported by stripe.
