Order Directly

The quickest way to buy products on SINOCMP.com is through Direct Purchase. Here’s how you can easily place an order:

1. Confirm Your Part Number (PN)

  • The most straightforward way to buy is to know the part number. For example, for parts like injectors, fuel pumps, solenoids, and sensors, the part number will be sufficient.

2. Don't have a Part Number? No worries!

If you can't find the PN, simply contact our support team via Live Chat or Email with the following details, and we’ll confirm it for you:

  • Machine model
  • Engine model
  • Machine serial number
  • Pictures of your old parts (if available)

3.⚠️ Special Parts Checklist

Some products require additional information for accurate ordering:

1) Controller ECU & Monitor display panel: For most general products, this isn’t a problem. However, for specific machines, the program versions may differ. To ensure the correct program is installed before shipping, please provide:

  • The ECU part number
  • Machine and engine nameplate (for correct configuration)

2) Engine Overhaul Rebuild Kit: Please provide the specific Engine Model and the Piston Dimension Diagram to get the proper parts.

  • Machine model: The same engine might be used on many models. Eg: The 4HK1 engine could be used on both excavators and other trucks, but the parts are different for different machine models.
  • Picture of the piston: As even the same engine might work with a different type of piston. We usually need the pictures in different views of your old pistons. You need to send us the pictures with the measurement of height/Outer Diameter/Combustion chamber.

3) Hydraulic Spare Parts: Please provide the Pump Model or a clear picture of the Pump Nameplate.

4) Complete Wiring Harness: A clear photo of the Machine Nameplate is required. Wiring specifications are highly dependent on the specific Serial Number (S/N) of your equipment.

By ensuring that you have the correct information, we can provide you with the best product that fits your equipment, reducing delays and confusion.

Request a Quote: How to Purchase via Inquiry

For heavy machinery parts or bulk orders, our RFQ process ensures you get the best price and precise specifications.

      How the RFQ Process Works:

📝 Pro-Tips for Submitting Your Form: To get an accurate quote faster, please attach clear photos of the Data Tags / Nameplates:

      • For Hydraulic Pumps: Pump Nameplate / Part Number / Machine Model.

      • For Engines: Engine Nameplate / Machine Model.

      • Note: Nameplates are usually metal tags riveted directly onto the engine block or pump housing. Please wipe away grease before taking a photo to ensure numbers are legible.
