Komatsu PC200-7 Error Code on the Monitor

Komatsu PC200-7 Error Code on the Monitor

by Weston Gao on February 12, 2022 Categories: Repair Technology

We believe that all the drivers will encounter the failure of the excavator. For these problems, the monitor of the excavator will display some error codes. If you don't understand the meaning of these error codes, we can only rely on our maintenance technician to troubleshoot and detect the cause of the failure.

However, our maintenance technicians are not following us all the time on the construction site, so if we encounter problems, we can't solve them in time, which will affect our work efficiency. Even a professional maintenance technician may not be able to find the cause of the fault completely, so it is important to understand the meaning of the error code. This article will introduce the main error codes of the Komatsu PC200-7 excavator. Some of the error codes are also applicable to other Komatsu PC-7 excavators and even Komatsu PC-6 excavators. Details  as follows:

User code (automatically displayed  when there is a fault):

I have a PC200-7 that is giving me a code E02. I have checked wiring and have not found any problems. Can you give me any other ideas on what to check. Emergency pump switch is off also.
Also is there a reset on the monitor. Will it clear itself if problem is fixed?
